She is also a Personal Finance Management expert with vast experience of personal advisory in areas mindset change, visionary financial life, saving strategies, financial investment products, capital market investments, debt management strategies, wealth creation, retirement planning, retrenchment survival skills, estate inherence preparation. She provided numerous training through physical classroom workshops as well formal mass media channels, mobile telephone messages as well as social media to give personal finance tips and lectures. Some of the clients she has trained on Personal Finance include NedBank, My bucks, NBS Bank, Ethanol, Umodzi, CDH, FMB, FDH, Egenco, Airtel, MRA just to mention but a few. She has also provided Debt management strategies training in Ghana at a Wealth Masters conference.
She is also an Executive Couch for senior and middle managers management skills and personal career growth. She currently runs an online couching and mentorship program for a group of professionals from several countries that include Malawi, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Switzerland, Zambia, Nigeria and Uganda.

She is an entrepreneur a founder of a Consulting and Training company Sycamore Consult Limited and also a Micro Finance company called Sycamore Credit Limited a micro finance company she founded in 2018. She is also a founder of The Market Place, an online training platform and a client’s parcels delivery company.
